Our return policy lasts 30 days from day of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that it was received.
To begin processing your return, we require a receipt for proof of purchase. Please contact us first prior to sending us your purchase. You may contact us at info@northernlightsgrade.com with the word “Return” specified in the subject line. Once your return is received, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and are currently inspecting it. We will then notify you as to the results of our inspection.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your credit card or original method of payment minus the cost of shipping. Please allow up to seven business days for this credit to be processed. If you have not received a refund within seven business days, please verify from your bank account again but also your credit card company then followed by your bank. If after all this has been done and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@northernlightsgrade.com.
